WaterStone is a quietly refined 1,600-square-feet guest residence in Colaba, designed as an alternative to conventional corporate housing. Rooted in Scandinavian clarity, the apartment combines warm neutrals, weathered oak and restrained detailing to create a calm and welcoming environment for international guests. A 20-foot stone feature wall anchors the living and dining areas, while Japandi-inspired elements, soft textures and diffused natural light bring warmth and sculptural balance to the interiors.

The three bedrooms each carry a distinct identity through carefully curated palettes and material expression, ranging from serene green and beige tones to richer black and rust compositions. Throughout the residence, intentional minimalism guides the design, with concealed storage and thoughtfully selected elements enhancing both functionality and atmosphere. The result is a home that feels quiet, elevated and deeply comforting within the fast-paced urban context.
