Menath Residence

Menath Residence is a 780-square-feet home in Mumbai redesigned with the intention of revitalizing the client’s childhood home. To enhance openness within the compact footprint, the design removed most partition walls, improving natural light, airflow and spatial continuity while retaining the original flooring. Curved architectural details, reflective surfaces and a warm palette with dusky orange accents create a home that feels fluid, modern and emotionally connected to its past.

Thoughtful material choices and multifunctional design solutions define the interiors, from illuminated custom furniture pieces to mirrored surfaces that visually expand the space and reflect surrounding views. The home also incorporates tailored spaces for reading, storage and relaxation, including a study with custom shelving and a balcony deck with greenery and a water feature. Throughout the residence, sculptural details and layered textures bring warmth, individuality and refined character to the compact urban home.
