Aria

Aria is a 1,500-square-feet residential apartment in Goregaon West, Mumbai, designed for a family of five. Envisioned as a modern and chic sanctuary, the home prioritizes a sense of lightness and flow through fluid lines, soft forms and custom craftsmanship. Every element, from the sculpted ceiling details to the furniture profiles, reflects a cohesive design language centered around movement and calm sophistication. The Living Room features a sculptural ripple ceiling in custom plasterwork and an 8-foot Tree of Life mural that acts as the visual focal point of the home.

The private spaces continue this tactile and expressive approach. The Sons' Bedroom embraces a terracotta palette with curved textured panels, while the Parents' Bedroom creates a cocooning atmosphere through burgundy tones, warm neutrals and fluted headboards. Functional elegance is further reflected in the Modern Mandir, designed as a sculptural feature clad in patinated metal with a carved Om mandala detail. In contrast to the softer tones used throughout the home, the kitchen introduces bold black cabinetry with gold accents, reeded glass and Moroccan-inspired patterned flooring, adding depth, luxury, and a subtle global influence.
